A rigorous and efficient 7-step process
Lorsqu’un bâtisseur prend la décision de travailler avec notre équipe, nous enclenchons rapidement le processus de prise en charge de votre projet. La transparence des différentes étapes de notre travail est importante pour nous. Suite à la remise des plans par le bâtisseur, l’équipe de Cuisi-n-art présente une soumission optimale et réfléchie au client.
1. Once the builder has submitted the plans, the Cuisi-n-art team presents the client with an optimal and well-thought-out proposal.
2. Once the quote is approved, the purchase order goes to the contracting department and our designers create studio drawings tailored to the needs of the project. These drawings are then sent to the builder.
3. If necessary, we meet with the builder’s clients for all requests for changes or additions to the plans. Once the file is approved, we wait for your construction schedule to start the next step: production.
4. Our technicians go on site to measure each dwelling and determine the different needs and adjust the production drawings to the specific measurements and constraints of each location.
5. The team proceeds to purchase the necessary materials for the construction and the machines and humans in the factory go into production mode.
6. For the delivery of the project, we follow a precise schedule, i.e., 1 day of delivery and usually 2 days of installation (depending on the size and complexity of the project).
7. Following the installation, a first inspection is done by the installer. Then, another certified inspector comes on site 24-48 hours later to validate everything and ensure the quality of the installation. The after-sales service department then sends a final project report to the builder (signature and final approval).

Cuisi-n-art ensures customer satisfaction by providing a professional after-sales service that meets all the needs of builders. Among other things, several post-delivery inspections are performed by qualified inspectors to ensure that the project meets Cuisi-n-art’s high-quality standards. A full team is assigned to completed projects and a representative is assigned to your project file, this person will be able to provide you with guidance to any of the many areas as needed.
