Context
The 465 St-Joseph – Village Cartier project, located in Gatineau’s Hull sector, is one of the region’s major multi-residential developments. Carried out in collaboration with Brigil, this 146-unit building spread over 6 storeys, delivered between 2025 and 2026, was a large-scale job site where performance, rigour and coordination were essential.
In this demanding context, Cuisi-n-art was mandated to design, manufacture and deliver the built-in furniture for all the units.
Mastering Complexity at Scale
A project of this size brings a reality well known to major developers: tight schedules, a sustained pace and constant interdependence between trades.
Every intervention must fit precisely into an overall mechanism where the slightest delay can have a domino effect on the entire job site. The key lies not only in execution, but in the ability to anticipate, adjust and stay on course.
A Strategic Collaboration
It is in this dynamic that the collaboration between Cuisi-n-art and Brigil showed its full value.
Driven by a shared vision of performance and quality, the two teams established a way of working based on continuous communication, responsiveness and quick decision-making.
Every issue encountered was addressed efficiently, turned into concrete action and integrated into the project without compromising the overall schedule. This operational synergy made it possible to maintain a fluidity of execution rarely achieved on projects of this scale.
A Result That Lives Up to the Ambitions
The project was delivered successfully, meeting the expected quality standards and production objectives.
Beyond the volumes delivered, it is the consistency of execution, the stability of operations and the ability to sustain the job site’s pace that marked the success of this project.
