Looking For a Quiet, Static Team Where Every Day Looks the Same? This Probably Isn’t the Place For You.
At Cuisi-n-art, things move. Projects progress, ideas flow, decisions get made, and everyone contributes concretely to what we make, what we improve and what we become.
We are a unique, different team that owns who it is. Ambitious, bold, energetic, results-driven, yet deeply human. Here, rigour and productivity come with enjoyment, humour, self-deprecation and respect.
We value people who are candid, loyal and genuine. People who prefer authenticity over appearances, who want to learn, contribute and grow with a close-knit team. We are proud to be a responsible company, committed to supporting people and the environment, both within our walls and in the community. Our goal: to generate a positive impact through commitments that are clear and known to everyone.
Here, your age, gender, background, sexual orientation or path in life is not what holds us back. What matters is the person you are, your attitude, your energy and your desire to be part of the team and contribute to our success.
- An ambitious, human and genuine team
- A culture where everyone can contribute and grow
- A company committed to people and the community
Here, Everyone Contributes To Building Something Bigger
Cuisi-n-art is a Quebec manufacturing company based in Gatineau. It is led by a woman of Swiss origin, born in Témiscamingue, who fully embraces her ambition, her leadership and what sets her apart. Here, diversity isn’t just a talking point: it’s lived out in the team, in the plant, in the offices and in the way we work together.
It’s also a state-of-the-art plant, where robotics, automation, digital tools and artificial intelligence support our know-how.
We manufacture custom cabinets, vanities and built-in furniture. And we do it with a clear intent: to produce better, reduce our impact, take care of our teams and build a strong, responsible company that’s proud of its people.
- A high-performing, innovative 4.0 plant
- A diverse team driven by an ambitious vision
- A responsible company acting for tomorrow
If you’re genuine, curious, hard-working, open-minded and you like it when things move, you just might feel right at home here!
