Warranties and Maintenance For Your Kitchen Cabinets
Clear Terms to Protect Your Products
At Cuisi-n-art, certain components and materials are covered by a warranty, according to the terms set by their manufacturer or supplier. Where this warranty applies, it remains valid provided the products have been used and maintained in accordance with the recommendations.
Please note that labour fees may apply for any on-site inspection or for carrying out replacement work, even when the material is under warranty or the supplier agrees to replace it.

Warranties by Material
and Component

Hardware
Hardware is warranted for life against any functional defect. The defective part must be brought to the Cuisi-n-art plant to be replaced with an identical product.

PVC Doors
PVC doors are warranted for 10 years against any manufacturing defect, including bubbling in the centre of the panel or stretching of the pattern.
03.
Melamine and Countertops
Melamine and countertops are warranted for 3 years against any abnormal manufacturing defect, such as bubbling in the centre or stretching of the pattern.
What Is Not Covered
The warranty does not cover damage caused by heat, water, misuse or normal wear and tear. This includes, among other things, scratches, stains, yellowing caused by smoke, and rub marks.
Care Instructions
To properly maintain your surfaces, use only:
- A mixture of 50% water and 50% vinegar;
- Or a mild, pH-neutral soap.
Avoid large amounts of water as well as direct or prolonged exposure to heat, in order to preserve the quality and durability of the materials.
